Coved 19 1000x667

City of King issued the following announcement on June 10.

Please note that all city-sponsored programs and events remain suspended until further notice. This includes all Parks and Recreation and Senior Center activities at either Recreation Acres or Central Park. Any gathering on City property must be limited to less than 25 people and follow social distancing requirements at all times. Looking for something to do? All open areas are still available to the public (playgrounds and bathrooms are closed), and the temporary Foot Golf course is up at Rec Acres until next Monday, the 15th!

NC Department of Health and Human Services has two online tools to help people determine if they need to be tested & find a testing place: Check My Symptoms (http://ncdhhs.gov/symptoms) helps those uncertain about if they should get tested  and citizens should use Find My Testing Place (http://ncdhhs.gov/testingplace) to find one of the 400+ testing sites around the state.
