City of King recently issued the following announcement.

Power Yoga Flow is a 6-week course focusing on building strength and flexibility. The course is open to all levels, including those with zero yoga experience. This 6-week series will start out at a slower pace to familiarize students with each flow and posture; focusing on correct alignment and will then become faster paced as students become more familiar with safe alignment within each pose and with what feels correct for their own body. Gradually reaching a faster pace helps to increase endurance and the addition of power poses helps to increase stability and balance.
Expect to sweat! Each student should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
The series will be taught by Jaclyn Avery-Harrison, certified and registered with Yoga Alliance. It for adults age 18 and older.Children as young as 16 may sign up, but must be accompanied by an adult.

NOTE: Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received. The cost for the whole series is $50/person and should be in the form of cash or check made out to Jaclyn Avery-Harrison and delivered to City Hall in care of Olivia Smith, Parks and Recreation Director BY 5PM on WEDNESDAY, January 22nd.
Drop-ins will be accepted at a rate of $10 per class.
