On Wednesday, March 12, former West Stokes High School standout Kaylee Hobgood’s current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, won 12-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Carson-Newman Eagles.

The game took place at Wingate Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at Wingate Softball Complex against Limestone Saints.
