Sit-com star for the late 90's show 'Friends', Matthew Perry, suddenly passes away on Oct. 28th, in a sudden drowning. Perry, known for his iconic role as Chandler Bing, was discovered deceased at his Los Angeles residence. The circumstances surrounding his death are currently under investigation and may take several weeks to determine. Sources indicate that Perry's body was found in a hot tub at his home. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that there were no evident signs of trauma and that an autopsy was conducted on Sunday. The results of toxicology tests are still pending.

Perry's passing has left fans and colleagues in shock and mourning. Many have taken to social media to express their condolences and offer prayers to his family. One Twitter user wrote, "Praying for the Perry parents as well as family and friends. It’s a reminder that we are all sinners in need of redemption. It’s a greater reminder that no matter where we’ve been or where we are, God’s grace is sufficient through Jesus Christ."

Back in 1994, Perry found himself struggling to secure work, having been discouraged by his "terrible" manager who informed him that he had "no money," according to an article from CNN about Perry's journey to the show "Friends." In a 2015 appearance on "Late Night With Seth Meyers," Perry recounted his experience, saying, "So I called my agent and said, 'You've got to get me any job, any job you can.' This happened to be the year that 'Friends' was being filmed, but I was unavailable due to having taken a role on a pilot titled 'LAX 2194,' which revolved around baggage handlers at L.A. Airport in the year 2194" Perry said on CNN article.

The sudden and tragic death of Matthew Perry has left fans and the entertainment industry in mourning. As the investigation into his death continues, the world remembers him for his talent, humor, and the indelible mark he left on television with his portrayal of Chandler Bing.
