City of Winston-Salem issued the following announcement on Jan. 22.
Authorities with the Winston-Salem Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Frances Regina Thompson 38 year old black female. Ms. Thompson was last seen on 1/22/2023 around 1230 hours in the 4700 block of Oak Ridge Drive.
Ms. Thompson was last seen operating a 2001 black Chevrolet Impala NC registration TLF-2553.
Ms. Thompson’s has mental health issues and family is concerned for her welfare.
