Town of Walnut Cove issued the following announcement on Apr. 18.
The Town of Walnut Cove will host an informal meeting with representatives of the NC Dept. of Transportation to discuss two upcoming projects:
R-5828 Roundabout will be located at US 311 and First St.
R-5768 Highway 65, Highway 311, Stokesburg Road Railroad Crossing
These projects have already been approved. The State Engineer will answer any general questions concerning the projects on
Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 6:00 PM at the Walnut Cove Public Library.
