Rockingham County Schools issued the following announcement on Aug. 28.
This is a friendly reminder to the community that the Rockingham County Schools Board of Education will host a joint meeting with the Rockingham County Board of Commissioners Tuesday evening (August 31) at 6:00 p.m. at the Economic Development Building, located at 425 N.C. Highway 65 in Wentworth. There will not be any public comments though the public is welcome to attend. The agenda for tonight's Joint Session is below:
