Richmond Community College issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
Have you ever thought about learning sign language? Here is your chance! Enroll now in the American Sign Language class that will meet Aug. 24 through Dec. 14 from 12 to 1:15 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Covington Street Building, Scotland County Campus. Cost is $125. Students will be able to spell out words and sign conversations by the end of the course. Call (910) 410-1706 to sign up.
