NCLM recognizes one of our outstanding municipalities, the City of Rockingham!
NCLM's Public Safety Risk Management Consultant, Matthew Selves, presented the Law Enforcement Risk Review plaque here to Chief W.D. Kelly.
The Rockingham Police Department was recognized for the completion of NCLM's Law Enforcement Risk Review at Rockingham's City Council meeting on July 13th.
