This 6-week series will start out at a slower pace to familiarize students with each flow and posture; focusing on correct alignment and will then become faster paced as students become more familiar with safe alignment within each pose and with what feels correct for their own body. Gradually reaching a faster pace helps to increase endurance and the addition of power poses helps to increase stability and balance.

Expect to sweat! Each student should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
