STOKES COUNTY SCHOOLS: Employee of the Month Nomination Form

Stokes County Schools issued the following announcement on Nov. 1.

Eligibility:  Any full-time or part-time employee of the Stokes County Schools may be nominated.  

All nominations must be received by the 11th day of the nomination month.  

Any nominations received after the 12th day of the month will be considered in the next month.  

Each nomination will be considered once in the month it is submitted, so feel free to nominate again each month.  

Suggested Guidelines for Nomination:

Employee must demonstrate excellence in his/her job.

Employee must demonstrate an attitude of “collaboration” and “teamwork!”

Employee must have made a significant contribution to the school, district, students, employees or community.

Employee must enthusiastically support the mission of the Stokes County Schools

Winners will be recognized at the Board of Education Meeting!
