Rockingham Middle School – Rockets issued the following announcement on July 6.

Rockingham Middle School is proud to welcome Mrs. Windy Taylor to our Rocket Family!  She will be taking the position of principal on July 5, 2022.

Mrs. Taylor brings with her a wealth of knowledge in education, including her past several years as principal of Monroe Avenue Elementary School in Hamlet, NC. She is very excited about her journey at Rockingham!!

We look forward to the new school year with Mrs. Taylor and wish our former principal, Dr. Theresa Gardner, the very best as she moves to Fairview Heights Elementary to become principal.
