Rockingham County Schools issued the following announcement on March 7.

RCS is proud to promote National School Social Work Week, held this week on March 13th-17th, 2023! 

Our RCS School Social Worker’s are a vital role in providing support for our students, administrators, teachers, educators, parents, and the community!  The theme for National School Social Work Week 2023 is “We Rise”!  RCS believes that School Social Workers rise and shine brightly for our students, families, and school communities.  Our RCS School Social Workers shine passion, purpose, and heart in all they do for RCS and our students!
