Rockingham County Schools issued the following announcement on Jan. 3.

Rockingham County Schools will be holding its next Bus Driving Class January 23-25 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Rockingham Community College in the Advanced Technologies Building, Room T105 (215 Wrenn Memorial Rd., Wentworth, NC 27375). 

Please bring your driver’s license and eye classes if you wear them, along with any snacks and drinks you may want during the day. 

School employees and community drivers will need to sign up online on our county website.
