Rockingham County Schools issued the following announcement on May 17.
Congratulations to Elian Fernando Mendez Rodriguez of McMichael High School and Paige Coffman of Morehead High School, who were recognized as All-County Superintendent’s Art Choice Award honorees! Rodriguez drew a scene involving Elephants and hungry African children, while Coffman drew a Scratchboard Line Art Drawing of a snake!
