Richmond Senior High School issued the following announcement on Sep 25. 

Open to students in grades 9 – 12 by the deadline.  Students will need to record an original 3-5 minute audio essay and submit the recording, typed essay, and entry form to the CIC prior to October 26, 2021.  The 2021-2022 Theme is:   “America:  Where do we go from here?”  Grand Prize is $30,000.   Applications are located in the CIC.
