On Sunday, March 2, former South Stokes High School standout Madison Wilson’s current college team, the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mount Olive Trojans.

The game took place at McCrorie Family Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 1 p.m. at Ponder Field against Mars Hill Lions.
