On Friday, May 2, former Rockingham County High School standout Rachel Smith’s current college team, the Radford Highlanders, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Presbyterian Blue Hose.

The game took place at PC Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Blue Hose this season.

The Highlanders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 10 a.m. at PC Softball Complex against Presbyterian Blue Hose.
