On Sunday, March 9, former West Stokes High School standout Kaylee Hobgood’s current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, lost 7-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UNC Pembroke Braves.

The game took place at Purnell Swett High School. This was their second matchup against the Braves this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 1 p.m. at Wingate Softball Complex against Carson-Newman Eagles.
