On Thursday, May 8, former South Stokes High School standout Madison Wilson’s current collegiate team the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears won 9-1 against the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium at 4:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters in the tournament.

The Lenoir-Rhyne Bears’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 12 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium.
