On Tuesday, March 4, former Dalton McMichael High School standout Savannah Lockhart’s current college team, the College of Charleston Cougars, lost 8-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the USC Upstate Spartans.

The game took place at Cyrill Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Upstate Spartans this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 6 p.m. at Hope Field against Wofford Terriers.
