City of Rockingham Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on Apr. 28.

The City of Rockingham Parks & Recreation will conduct a Red Cross Certified Lifeguard Training Course beginning Monday, May 23rd. The course will be conducted May 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, & June 1st. at the Browder Park Recreation Center.

Registration is limited and must be completed by Wednesday, May 18th. Contact Parks and Recreation to register 910-895-6810.

Registration Fees:

$250.00 for complete class

$150.00 for renewal
