City of Rockingham Parks and Recreation issued the following announcement on Jan. 16.
The City of Rockingham Parks and Recreation will begin accepting registration for this new program beginning Monday, January 10th and concluding Thursday, February 1st . Participants must be six (6) and cannot turn thirteen (13) on or before March 1, 2022. Registration will be $30.00 and must be paid at the time of enrollment.
