City of Rockingham issued the following announcement on Nov. 14.
20th Annual City of Rockingham Tree Lighting Ceremony on Cole Plaza. L.J. Bell Elementary School Chorus will sing Christmas carols starting at 6:45pm and we will light the tree at 7:00pm.
Cookies and Hot Cocoa will be served after the lighting.
