City of King issued the following announcement on March 7.

The City of King Public Works Department will conduct a white goods pick-up the week of April 10th- 14th, 2023.

 Pickup will start at one side of the city and cover the whole city throughout the week. 

Although your goods may not be picked up till Friday, PUT YOUR GOODS OUT BY MONDAY, APRIL 10TH AT 7AM to ensure they are picked up.

Place items at the curb without blocking driveways.

Items that will be picked up:

– refrigerators & freezers

– hot water heaters

– stoves

– bicycles & tires(off rims)

– wheels

– washers & dryers

– dishwashers

NO FURNITURE, GAS GRILLS, or CARPET will be collected. Contact Public Works at 336-983-4832 with questions.
