CITY OF KING: Get a Fitness Watch for a 90-day trial for Type 2 diabetic adults

City of King issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.

King Senior Center is working with Winston-Salem State University to recruit participants for a new volunteer research study for patients with Type 2 Diabetes.  

WSSU will be at the Center TODAY at 1:00pm to register volunteers for this fitness study (See flyer below for more details) and to distribute the fitness watches. 

Still unsure or have questions?  Stop by the King Senior Center to get answers.  We are located at 107 White Rd in King, lower level of the King Recreation Acres Community Building.Entrance in back of building.     

Researchers from Winston-Salem State are coming back to the King Senior Center next week to give more Type 2 diabetic adults the opportunity to sign up for their study and get a fitness watch for a 90-day trial.  Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 6th at 2pm.
